Certivo is now Klyverity. Same company, same team, same FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance platform. The only thing that has changed is the name on the door.
We want this transition to be the least eventful thing that happens in your week. Your account, your signed records, and your audit trails all carry over exactly as they were. There is nothing you need to migrate, re-sign, or reconfigure. Read on for what stays the same, and the few cosmetic things you will notice.
Why the New Name
Klyverity better reflects where we are headed: a single, focused compliance platform for regulated life sciences teams. The product you already rely on is unchanged. The people building and supporting it are the same. We simply think Klyverity is the right name to carry that work forward.
What Stays Exactly the Same
Your account and login. Use the same credentials you always have. Nothing about your sign-in has changed, and you do not need to create a new account.
Your data and signed records. Every document, signature, and electronic record remains intact and in place. Nothing was moved, exported, or re-created.
Your audit trails. The complete, tamper-evident history behind each 21 CFR Part 11 signature continues unbroken. The audit trail that supports your inspection readiness is exactly as defensible as it was yesterday.
Your compliance posture. The platform is still built for FDA 21 CFR Part 11, with the same controls, the same validation documentation, and the same commitment to keeping your records inspection-ready.
Your agreements. Your existing subscription, terms, and any signed agreements remain fully in effect and carry over without action on your part.
What You Will Notice
A new web address. The product now lives at klyverity.com. If you visit certivo.io, you will be sent automatically to the matching page on klyverity.com, so existing links and bookmarks keep working. You may want to update your saved bookmark to the Klyverity address when it is convenient.
Email from a new domain. Notifications, signing requests, and account messages now arrive from klyverity.com rather than the previous domain. If your organization maintains an email allowlist, adding klyverity.com helps make sure those messages reach you and the people you send documents to.
A refreshed look. You will see the Klyverity name and logo across the app, the website, and your documents. Underneath the new branding, every screen and workflow you know is right where you left it.
Do You Need to Do Anything?
For almost everyone, no. Log in as usual and keep working. The two optional housekeeping items, if they apply to you, are updating any saved bookmark to klyverity.com and adding klyverity.com to an email allowlist so signing requests land cleanly.
If you maintain vendor records for compliance purposes, you may also wish to note the name change in your documentation. Our team is happy to provide anything you need for that, and your existing qualification work remains valid.
